 The North East Miniature Australian Shepherd Club was formed in 2002 by a few “Mini Aussie” enthusiasts, who wanted to share their love and passion and help educate the North East about the Miniature Australian Shepherd. As the breed was growing in popularity across the United States and Canada, we felt people needed to see what a highly intelligent, versatile, and fun loving dog this breed was. We started by educating people on health issues, training, purchasing the right breed, finding the right breeder, and starting out with a new puppy. We are doing this through seminars, dog shows, information exhibits, sports events, a quarterly newsletter (Bob Tales), and an informative website. We want to show you what you can do with your dog to bring a whole new aspect to your life.
